At Cajual Libas , your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• We process all return and exchange requests promptly, typically within 3 to 5 working days.

• Contact us via WhatsApp or DM us on Instagram/Facebook within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Our team will guide you through the process.

• Please note, delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
• If the mistake is from our side (wrong size, defect, or wrong product), Cajual Libas will cover all delivery charges.
• If the issue is from the customer’s side (wrong size ordered by mistake, change of mind), the customer will bear the delivery charges.
